    At-Risk Individuals: overweight, with prediabetes, with history of gestational diabetes, and/or non-alcoholic fatty liver

    Through a personalized mix of health coaching, specialist care and digital health, participants will lose weight and/or lower their risk of developing metabolic diseases through our 4-month program.

  • NOVI-12

    Individuals with Metabolic Diseases: with diabetes, high blood pressure, and/or high cholesterol

    Our annually renewable plan includes specialist care, drugs, laboratory tests, health coaching, and digital health to holistically manage participant’s metabolic diseases, with transparent costs.
