It is a legal requirement to provide your identification number when seeking medical services (read more here)

We will need to verify your identity so that the right patient is registered for medical services, and treatment is provided to the right patient for safety reasons.

Registration via Singpass is the most convenient method.

If you do not wish to do so, you may submit a copy of your NRIC, passport or other forms of identification document instead.

Plato is our electronic medical record system that we use to record patient medical data. Registration will be done via Plato so all your personal and medical data is safely stored in one place.

Yes, the systems we use are all HIPAA compliant.
