Women's Health

Changes in your cycle, fatigue, skin changes or questions about fertility can have many possible contributing factors. A women's health assessment looks at relevant hormonal markers together, with your results reviewed by a doctor in the context of your health history and concerns.

Menopause Hormone Assessment

Wondering whether the changes you are experiencing could be related to perimenopause or menopause?

$400(includes GST)

  • Non-fasting

Symptoms such as changes in your menstrual cycle can occur as reproductive hormones begin to shift. Rather than testing one hormone in isolation, this assessment looks across FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone and prolactin to provide a broader hormonal picture.

What this can help you understand

Your doctor can review these results alongside your age, symptoms and menstrual history to better understand whether hormonal changes may be contributing to what you are experiencing.

Tests included

FSH, LH, prolactin, oestradiol and progesterone.

Speak with our team

Your concerns are worth looking into. Your NOVI doctor reviews your results alongside your symptoms and history, and takes the time to talk through what you’re experiencing. The aim is for you to leave with a clearer picture of what may be going on and what may be worth focusing on next. Speak to a NOVI doctor about your options.

Each NOVI assessment looks at a group of markers chosen for a specific concern. For example, the Skin & Hair Health Assessment includes ferritin (your iron stores), vitamin D, B12 and thyroid markers. Your doctor looks at them together with your symptoms. Speak to a NOVI doctor about which assessment may suit you.

A normal result can still be useful. It may help rule out some hormone-related causes, so you and your doctor can look at other possible reasons for how you feel and decide what to focus on next. These assessments do not diagnose a condition on their own, and your doctor will talk you through what your results mean for you.

Hormone changes can start at different times for different people. If you’ve noticed changes in your cycle, sleep, mood or energy, it may be worth looking into. Speak to a NOVI doctor about whether the Menopause Hormone Assessment is right for you.

You don’t have to decide alone. Start with a consultation, and your NOVI doctor can help you understand which assessment may be appropriate for your concerns. You can also speak to us first on WhatsApp.

No. Booking an assessment doesn’t require payment up front. Your visit starts with a consultation with a NOVI doctor, before any tests are done, so you can talk through your concerns and decide together which assessment is right for you.
