4 in 5 Cancer Deaths are Not Commonly Screened. This Blood Test Screens for 50 Cancers Before Symptoms Appear.
Most cancers aren’t found until it’s too late. A new blood test could change that.
If you’re someone who gets your mammogram, colonoscopy, or Pap smear on schedule, you might think you’re doing everything right when it comes to cancer screening.
But here’s the hard truth: nearly 4 in 5 cancer deaths happen in types of cancer that aren’t commonly screened for. That’s because today’s standard screenings cover only a few cancers, primarily breast, colorectal, cervical, and lung cancer (some, only for high-risk smokers).
What about pancreatic, ovarian, liver, stomach, bile duct, prostate, or nasopharyngeal cancer? These often-aggressive cancers don’t have widely recommended screening tests. And unless you develop symptoms, few are actively screening for them.
By then, it may already be too late.
The Problem with Traditional Cancer Screening
Cancers often grow quietly, without pain or visible symptoms in their early stages. You can feel perfectly healthy while cancer is silently advancing.
When cancer is caught late, treatment becomes more invasive, more expensive, and less effective. Survival rates plummet between Stage 1 and Stage 4 for almost every type of cancer.
5-year survival is higher with early detection

What’s more, many people avoid even the standard screenings because they’re inconvenient, uncomfortable, or confusing. From bowel prep for a colonoscopy to scheduling multiple appointments across different clinics, it’s no wonder people fall behind or opt out of cancer screening altogether.
A New Way Forward with LucenceINSIGHT™
One simple blood test. Up to 50 cancers screened.
LucenceINSIGHT™ is a multi-cancer early detection blood test that can detect the presence of cancer signals even before symptoms appear. It screens for up to 50 types of cancer, including pancreatic, liver, ovarian, and bile duct cancers, many of which currently have no standard screening guidelines.
Unlike traditional screenings, which are typically limited to one cancer type at a time, LucenceINSIGHT™ provides a broad overview of your risk, using a single blood draw, no fasting required. Results are ready in around 12 days, and with high accuracy and a low false-positive rate of just 1%.
How LucenceINSIGHT™ Works
How does this work? In order to become cancerous, a cell first experiences one or more changes in its DNA (the genetic information that controls how the cell behaves). Once these DNA changes have occurred, the cell may begin to divide out of control, causing it to become cancerous. A blood test can look for abnormal DNA fragments (also known as circulating tumor DNA or ctDNA) in the blood that are associated with cancer. This is also known as a “liquid biopsy,” as it checks for cancer cells in much the same way that a biopsy does. However, instead of taking out a small piece of tissue surgically, the liquid biopsy uses a blood test. DNA fragments are released from cancer cells into the bloodstream, making it possible to detect many different types of cancer with a single blood test.
This test is especially suited for individuals aged 40 and above who want to take a proactive, preventive approach to their health. It's also ideal for those with an elevated risk of cancer, whether due to a family history of the disease, lifestyle factors such as an unhealthy diet, smoking, or alcohol consumption, or high-stress levels and chronic inflammation. Even if you feel healthy, LucenceINSIGHT™ offers peace of mind for anyone who wants a more comprehensive strategy for early cancer detection.

NOVI Health on Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) Tests
"Dr Kyle Tan, co-founder of NOVI Health, says the clinic's doctors start an MCED screening by having a detailed discussion with the patient, explaining how the test works, its potential benefits in detecting multiple cancers early and also its limitations."
"Now with a single blood test, we can proactively screen for dozens of cancers at once, even those that previously had no screening options. This allows us to find them at a much earlier stage, dramatically improving the chances of successful treatment."
