3 Low Intensity Workouts Perfect for Those New to Fitness

Here are 3 low intensity exercises that we recommend for beginners. These workouts are easy to follow and can be done at home in just 15 to 30 minutes. Get started today!

Exercise 1 - Low impact, fat burning cardio.

A 30 minute low impact (i.e. no jumping, easy on the knees) workout that you can do at home.

Exercise 2 - Quick 15 minutes walking exercise

Simple to do exercise that you can do as long as you have 15 minutes to spare.

Exercise 3 - Low impact cardio

Another low impact cardio workout to add some variability to your workout routine.

Recommended exercise duration

Try to exercise for at least 150 minutes per week, making sure to spread it out over multiple workout sessions. 30 minutes every other day would be a great target to start with if you are new to working out.
